Pepper is a quiet boy and just wants to snuggle in a chair and nestle with you in bed. He does not yap, is not overweight, and just wants to be close. He likes men but would prefer a woman, as that is who he has been accustomed to (his owner had to move to a longterm care facility). He gives out some little barks when someone knocks at the door but otherwise is not noisy. He lets you know he needs something by sitting up on his haunches and waving his front paws up and down---cute!! He truly is a wonderful little fellow. Pepper is up-to-date on vaccinations, heartworm negative and on heartworm prevention; he is also crate trained. Although he is friendly to other dogs and cats, he would really prefer to be the only pet in the home so that he will receive all the love he can get.
