(An application to adopt Panda has been approved, but backup applications will also be accepted.) Panda is one of 8 Border Collie mix puppies born to an abandoned dog on Labor Day. His sire is believed to be a Border Collie too. Panda and his brothers and sisters are all being well cared for and socialized in a foster home; they will be available for adoption when they are 8 weeks old on October 27.
