SNIPPP needs FOSTER HOMES in Northeastern California's Modoc, Lassen, and Shasta counties! Our ability to rescue companion animals like the one you're viewing right now depends on us having safe, loving foster homes for them to go to. Can you give an animal in need a second chance by opening your heart and home?

About Female Pups

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Adoption Fee: $75 spay/neuter deposit
  • Species: Dog
  • Current Age: 10 Years 7 Months (best estimate)
These puppies are a COURTESY LISTING--for more information about them, please contact Annie at 530 336-5450 or 336-7307.

We are a litter of puppies getting big and needing new homes!  Three of us are girls and 4 of us are boys, assorted colors.  If you want to adopt us, SNIPPP will collect a refundable spay/neuter deposit of $75 to make sure you do the right thing and get us fixed as soon as we are old enough!  We are pretty darned cute and are just at the right age to start learning all the things we need to do to be the best dogs ever.

PLEASE READ: Information regarding "Courtesy Listing" pets is provided by the individual who has the animal and is not guaranteed by SNIPPP to be accurate or complete. Verifying the health status and behavior of any pet found, adopted through, or listed on SNIPPP's Website or SNIPPP's listings on other sites is the sole responsibility of you as an adopting party, and by using this service, the adopting party releases SNIPPP from any and all liability arising out of or in any way connected with the adoption of a pet listed on the SNIPPP Website.

Please note: if you are looking for a particular breed of dog, please be aware that most of our adoptable pets come to us as STRAYS, so we have no way of guaranteeing what breeds they are. When we state a particular breed or combination of breeds for an available dog, we are simply making our best educated guess based on the appearance of the animal and input from our veterinarians. If you must verify breed makeup, we will cooperate with you to do genetic testing at YOUR expense before you commit to an adoption.

SNIPPP prefers to have adoptive homes within the northern California counties of SHASTA, LASSEN, MODOC, SISKIYOU, TRINITY, TEHAMA, and HUMBOLDT to make it easier to do home checks and transport adopted animals to their new homes.  Although we are willing to make exceptions, especially in cases of animals with special placement needs, the costs and arrangements for additional transportation outside this area may need to be handled by the adopting individual or family.

SNIPPP requires an adoption contract, a home check, veterinary references, and an adoption fee. All SNIPPP animals are spayed or neutered (unless they are not yet old enough, in which case adopters will be required to provide proof of spay/neuter at the appropriate time and will be entitled to a $75 refund of a deposit paid at the time of adoption). They are all up-to-date on vaccinations, have received appropriate veterinary care, and are micro-chipped. If they are dogs at least 6 months old, they have been tested for heartworm and are on preventative.

Some of the animals on our website are COURTESY  LISTINGS. Different adoption requirements may apply for these animals, and they may not have received the same level of veterinary care; please ASK the person offering the animal for adoption any questions you have regarding vaccinations or health status.  SNIPPP makes no warranties as to the validity of statements made regarding the personal characteristics of animals listed on a courtesy basis.  Adopters are advised to consult with a veterinarian or animal behavior professional to confirm health or temperament characteristics of any animal considered for adoption.

Completing an Adoption Application does not guarantee that you will be able to adopt from SNIPPP; our primary concern is with finding the most appropriate homes for the animals in our care. Many of them have gone through rough times, and need an especially understanding person to help them realize their full potential. To complete an application, you will need to register on our website.

If you have applied and are approved as an adopter, we can arrange for you to meet individual pets you may be interested in at other times, too. SNIPPP PO Box 223 MCARTHUR, CA 96056
